KENTUCKYMAKERSNOW is a bi-monthly showcase featuring emerging Kentucky artists who redefine the boundaries of ART, CRAFT and DESIGN through the objects they make. Currently on view at KMAC Museum.

Anna Gregory: FURNITURE + ART + DESIGN Anna Gregory is a central Kentucky based maker that focuses on furniture, interiors and commissioned art pieces. In a full service woodshop, that was once a hay barn, located on her parent’s 12 acre property, she works as a full time designer and woodworker. With a Masters in Architecture, and a background in furniture, custom cabinetry, retail display and installation art, Gregory enjoys working in any scale. Focusing on design through abstraction in form and subtraction in materials, Gregory approaches woodworking with an intent to bring out a lightness and feminine element to each piece.

KMAC Museum is an art museum located in the West Main District of downtown Louisville KY, KMAC explores the relationship between art and craft.  It is a nonprofit organization supported in part by the Fund for the Arts and Kentucky Arts Council, as well as many public and private donors.
