Australian Glass Masters at Flame Run Friday, March 22.
This March, Flame Run Glass Studio and Gallery will host Australian Glass
Masters, Ben Edols and Kathy Elliott. Known for their extraordinary
collaborations, this husband and wife team create delicate yet complex patterns
and textures through glass blowing and carving respectively.
From March 1 to April 13, 2019, Flame Run presents “(glass)Makers”, a
collection of work by Edols & Elliott alongside some of the most notable
glassmakers in the region. “This is a high caliber exhibit which emphasizes artists
who create at the highest levels of art and technique. We are honored to be able
to host Ben and Kathy and share their masterful collaborations with art lovers
and educators here. This will certainly be a “don’t miss” exhibit,” says Gallery
Director Tiffany Ackerman.
Other artists include: John Miller, Paul Nelson, Devyn Griley, DH McNabb, and
Brook F. White, Jr.
A demonstration by Ben Edols & Kathy Elliott, and a reception will take place,
Friday, March 22 from 6-9pm at Flame Run.

Street, just steps away from the Louisville Slugger Museum, the Kentucky Museum of
