Cletus Wilcox’s “Not Two Not One: Studies In Aesthetics and Substance” to open on First Friday of June

Cletus Wilcox’s “Not Two Not One: Studies In Aesthetics and Substance” to open on First Friday of June!

Mixed Media / Acrylic transfer on canvas

Tim Faulkner Gallery is proud to present “Not Two Not One” a new solo exhibit from Louisville native

Cletus Wilcox. A dynamic artist with a clear desire to both allow the viewer direct access to his process and to the innermost workings of his mind. He invites us to  “…explore the degrees to which [his] work oscillates between optics and content; the seen and the felt.”  His use of vintage illustration combined and aligned with minimalist aesthetics provides the ideal platform for us to dive deeper and search for the meaning of it all. “Through stylistic differences and variations in process and medium, this collection looks at the connection between intention and outcome.”

Join us at the opening reception on June 7th. Cletus will be available for questions and general discussion at the opening and at various time throughout the month.
