My husband Jesse and I began as Grind Gourmet Burger Truck in the Spring of 2012 and by June of 2014 we had grown into a permanent location. We sacrificed everything when we moved to a brick and mortar location in the popular NuLu neighborhood and turned it into a thriving restaurant that has received local and national attention. By partnering with local and regional farms and suppliers for ingredients, Grind has become an ambassador for the local food movement in Louisville. It’s our mission to serve a superior, chef-driven burger using the best local and regional ingredients available prepared and served by happy employees that are paid a fair wage.
