Every Republic Bank First Friday Hop, Mint Julep Experiences offers a choice of two Kentucky bourbon distillery tour itineraries starting from the heart of the Bourbon District and right off the Republic Bank First Friday Hop. Take the tour of Louisville’s finest Distilleries by day and then at 5pm when you return to the Galt House take a tour of Downtown’s beautifully walkable arts districts.
All public bourbon tours depart from the Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville and include transportation with an expert guide, trips to two distilleries for a tour and tasting and an additional tasting-only bonus stop at a third distillery, lunch at a local restaurant, and bottled water.
Tours fall on Thursday, Friday and Saturday but the biggest best day to attend are the First Friday of the month when all of the restaurants, galleries and boutiques stay open late for the First Friday Hop.
