Please join us and enjoy Kevin Warth’s high-spirited, joyful images and installations about what “home” means to him as a young queer artist. “Domesticity exists in many forms,” Warth says. “My photographs offer a glimpse into my own sense of home.”
“Home Sweet Home” is part of the 2017 Louisville Photo Biennial and Warth’s first show with garner narrative. Warth is a graduate of the Hite Art Institute at the University of Louisville, receiving a BFA in 2D Studio Art and a BA in Art History.
2017 Louisville Photo Biennial, which takes place September 22 – November 11, features 50+ photography exhibitions – spanning traditional to contemporary, local to global work – at museums, galleries, universities, and cultural institutions throughout Louisville Metro, Southern Indiana, and surrounding communities.
