
The 4th street circulator is a free electric bus that runs from 7 am until 7 pm in Central Downtown and visits all stop on the Republic Bank First Friday Hop within one block of all major locations and events on the Hop off of 4th Street including parts of 2nd and 1st street.

The Fourth Street line is a paid line that runs the Fourth Street route as well as an expanded southern route. This line also runs extended hours and requires a fare to ride.
Main- Market LouLift Circulator
The Main – Market street circulator is a free electric bus that runs from 7am until 7pm in Central Downtown and visits all stop on the Republic Bank First Friday Hop within one block of all major locations and events on the Hop on West Market, East Market (NuLu), and Main Street including Museum Row and parts of Butchertown.

Expanded hours and route on #15 Market Street Bus
The Market Street line is a fare-required line that runs along Market Street route as well as an expanded east and west route. This line also runs extended hours and requires a fare to ride.
What does it cost to ride a TARC?
LouLift is free, all other routes follow these guidelines:

Single ride – $1.75 exact change. Cash fare will not include transfer trips. Drivers do not issue paper transfers.
With MyTARC smartcard
Single ride – $1.50 Stored value
10-trip pass – $15 ($1.50 per ride)
Includes transfer trips within two hours of initial boarding. An additional $1.00 will be deducted when transferring from a local to an express route
24-hour pass – $3.50, starts with the first use
NEW! 7-day pass – $15, starts with the first use
30-day pass – $50, starts with the first use
