The Hite Art Institute is pleased to present a selection of artworks from our Spring 2020 BFA graduates. Originally available online only due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are excited to announce that this work is now live and in person at our Schneider Hall Galleries. Featuring the art of Mackenzie Dennison, L.P. Hewitt, Michael Gorman, Sarah McArter, Catherine Hale, Rachel Wiley, and Maree Grosser, this exhibition highlights the personal visions of our BFA graduates as well as our various studio concentrations including printmaking, painting, photography, and sculpture.

2020 Dario Covi Awards

The Hite Art Institute is excited to announce this years recipients of the Dario Covi Awards. This year, the Covi Award for graduate student goes to MFA candidate Megan Marie Bickel, and the award for undergraduate goes to Monroe Bays. 

The Dario Covi Awards are given to students in their last year of study who reflect the hallmarks of Dr. Dario Covi. In addition to academic excellence, award winners demonstrate their engagement in all aspects of the department, working across media boundaries and programmatic divisions, reflecting the traditions of the Hite Art Institute.
