Virtual Vernissage
Friday, November 20
An exclusively virtual, extraordinarily vital evening celebrating art, craft and community-building.
Join us for Vernissage 2020, a private preview party showcasing KMAC Museum’s upcoming Fall exhibitions. It’s your chance to sneak a peak at Brooklyn artist Jordan Nassar’s takeover of KMAC’s 2nd floor, and at Louisville artist Ramona Lindsey’s carefully curated collection of five local artists’ interpretations of Louisville’s parks through photography. We’ll enjoy conversations with the artists, a virtual tour “behind closed doors” to see some prized KMAC artworks at the homes of private collectors and – to round out the night – a spoken-word performance from Louisville artist and activist Hannah L. Drake. This festive virtual evening will be hosted by KMAC board members Debbie Huddleston Mitchell and Chris Welsh.
More information and tickets available soon at KMACmuseum.org/vernissage.
