Join Net Impact Louisville as we take a tour with the founders of the nationally acclaimed ReSurfaced project to hear about their vision and how they’ve partnered with local government and private businesses to make this project a success.
We’ll learn about how communities are impacted by urban blight, and how you can get involved to transform our city’s urban landscape!
We’ll follow the tour with complimentary happy hour food and drink sponsored by our friends at Coopers’ Craft Bourbon and Brown-Forman Corporation.
The goal of City Collaborative is to foster a new civicism (devotion to civic interests and causes) by collaborating with civic-minded organizations and citizens to transform spaces into vibrant places, engaging and building on local assets, catalyzing urban rehabilitation, and improving the sustainability, health and appeal of our community for everyone. Our projects and programs focus on creating a healthier environment, improving economic development, and provide educational opportunities for our community to grow together.
This is a free event, but please consider bringing a donation of a household item from the following list that we will deliver to a local non-profit, theLouisville Rescue Mission.
– Pinesol or another multipurpose cleaner
– Large (39 gallon trash bags)
– Cash donation (yes, we’ll happily take those!)
