The First Friday Hop in Louisville, Kentucky, is a beloved monthly event that celebrates the city’s vibrant art and culture scene. Our success depends on the dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers. If you’re passionate about art, community, and making a positive impact, we invite you to join our team!

Why Volunteer?

Volunteer Roles

We have a variety of volunteer roles to suit different interests and skills:

1. Event Setup and Breakdown

Assist with setting up art installations, stages, and vendor booths before the event and help with takedown after the event concludes.

2. Information Booth Attendant

Provide attendees with information about the event, including maps, schedules, and directions. Answer questions and help visitors make the most of their experience.

3. Artist Liaison

Work directly with participating artists to ensure they have everything they need for a successful exhibition. This may include helping with setup, sales, and customer interactions.

4. Social Media Ambassador

Help capture the energy and excitement of the First Friday Hop by taking photos, creating content, and engaging with our followers on social media platforms.

5. Hospitality Crew

Assist with welcoming guests, providing refreshments, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
